CCO Plate is Chrome Carbide Overlay plate that has been overlay welded with a Hardface weld matrix that creates a very hard wear resistant surface. It has a semi smooth surface due to the weld beads.

Chrome Carbide Overlay Plate Characteristics

It can be plasma cut to various dimensions as well as can be formed to meet requirements.

It can be installed by standard weld procedures due to the mild steel backing.

CCO Plate can have inserts welded in allowing plates to be bolted in place.

CCO Plate life expectancy can be up to 30x the life of mild steel & 5x life to that of conventional wear plate.

Hardness range from 57-65HRC
