Happy New Year from IMS!

As we pick up right where we left off at the end of 2022, we also look forward to what’s in store for 2023.

Some highlights from 2022 include:

• Publishing our new website
• Increasing the number of staff – we welcomed Karn to run our shipping and receiving department, Devin in our shop and Martina in the sales and marketing office
• Adding and growing our social media presence
• Joining more industry organizations and meeting great people to do more business with

In 2023 we have some more developments coming:

• We recently purchased a handheld scanner to be able to take measurements on your jobsite for the custom-made parts you need
• Our design department brought on a new team member – Welcome Jas!
• Watch for us at trade shows and conferences as we’ll be attending a wider variety of them this year to increase our knowledge and meet more of our customers to hear what solutions they are looking for and how we can help
• Based on our growth in 2022, keep your eye out for upcoming job openings throughout the year as we add more staff! We have a great team here where everyone is heard and treated with respect.
